In a world structured for efficiency and productivity, we seldom notice how disconnected from ourselves we become, as we navigate lives of obligation.
But just as stressed carbon creates a diamond, life's most egregious challenges can be the catalyst to redirect us back to the wisdom of our heart. By acknowledging and fully accepting what is, while paradoxically intending a new way of being - we can rise to new states, new outcomes, even miracles!
